Profile

I started in this industry pulling cable and programming access control panels. That foundation — knowing how security technology is specified, installed, integrated, and bought — is what made me a three-time President’s Club account executive, and it’s what makes me effective leading sales today: onboarding and mentoring account managers, instilling pipeline and forecasting discipline, and turning personal best practices into national standards.

Leadership Strengths

Both Sides of the Channel

Sold security technology as an integrator for 11 years and through integrator partners as a manufacturer — fluent in how each side wins.

Team Development

Trainer and mentor of new account managers; creator of a Security Mentorship program advanced to company-wide beta.

Technical Credibility

Programs the platforms he sells — access control, video management, and the integrations that connect them.

Process Building

Personal activity and pipeline standards adopted as national benchmarks by corporate leadership.

Forecast Discipline

Clean Salesforce funnel management with accurate 30/60/90-day forecasting across every revenue stream.

Complex Verticals

Portfolio experience across [education, healthcare, government, commercial] environments.
